Montate su un Hofner Ignition SE appena comprato in sostituzione delle corde montate in fabbrica.
Il basso ha subito acquistato il classico suono che ci si aspetta da un violin bass, caldo e pieno.
Piacevolissime al tatto.
Lunghezza perfetta per lo strumento (medium scale).

If you want to get the very good sound of the Hofner Beatles Bass, you have no other choice! No buzz, with these flatwounds, the finger glide quick and easy on the string, powerful and clear sound, I'm really satisfied of this product, I like better than Hofner string by which I got my Ignition SE.

Perfect Strings for the Beatle Bass

I ordered these flat wound strings along with the Harley Benton BeatBass VS. They fit perfectly and changed the sound of the bass in a very good way.
I typically use round wound strings on my instruments, but for the BeatBass VS, the flat wound La Bella 760 FHBB strings added to the "old-school" sound I was looking for.
I plan on trying the lighter gauge La Bella 760 FHBB-2 as well.
I highly recommend either gauge of the La Bella FHBB strings if you are searching for the original Beatles Sound out of the Harley Benton BeatBass VS-- or any other violin type bass!
