molto versatili, comode da trasportare e da posizionare in qualsiasi posto, praticamente invisibili al pubblico. Ottime come PA per convegni, talk, piccoli live, molto buone anche in utilizzo come sidefill per musica su base e/o cantato

Excellent. Great Price, great sound

Bought with the Active Subs (The box pro chat 112 Sub A), the sound is crystal-clear, and plenty of power. 200W RMS, when paired with the Subs is plenty loud for our church. They amplify vocals, drums, guitars and piano really well- just seemed as though everything got louder without any colouring or distortion, and did so in a way that meant people at the front had the same volume as people at the back. The whole church is now filled with clear, audible and quality sound. Moving from old fashioned full-range passives to this combination was a great move for the spoken word too. People who sometimes sound like they are mumbling or whispering came through much clearer on these speakers. Very happy.

Good enough to make history!

Used two of these as forward-facing speakers on our town's carnival float in the London New Year's Day Parade 2025. I also had 4 x Achat 204A's pointing rearwards, as well as other side-facing PA kit. With a live band on the float and in awfully wet weather, we still managed to present some great sound and win 2nd-prize in our class, with a £10,000 cheque for local charity.
The 404A's are crisp and clear (I've just ordered a couple of Achat 112SubA's to make a full-frequency kit) and the dispersion angles (150H x 30V) are perfect for events where you want discreet deployment that still hits all of the audience. Nearly half a million people on the streets on New Year's Day and an estimated 140 million watching worldwide - not often that many people get to hear everything with such affordable kit.
I've used quite a bit of The Box Pro range over the years. It's never pretended to be state-of-the-art stadium-level PA but then neither is it priced that way. The Achat range punches well above it's weight and even as the broadcast professional that I've been for 50 years, for the events that need something lightweight , small and near-invisible, I'd not hesitate to recommend the brand.

Ich habe mir diese Boxen als Topteile für meine 4 Stück SUBA112 Woofer aus der gleichen Pro Achat Serie gekauft. Ich konnte diese Boxen nun auf diversen Veranstaltungen testen (von 30 bis 200 Personen), und immer wieder waren wir von dem Sound überrascht. Die Box klingt klar und absolut durchsetzungsfähig und passt perfekt zu den SUBA112. Ich persönlich senke den 2KHz bereich am Master EQ etwas ab, so klingt die Box etwas weicher und angenehmer - den einen Stern Abzug bei der Verarbeitung, ist dem geschuldet, dass hier nur ein normaler und nicht verriegelbarer XLR Eingang verbaut ist, und nicht wie bei meinen 110MA Topteilen verriegelte Kombibuchsen.

Alles im Allen sind wir aber sehr zufrieden, und wollen die Boxen in unserem PA Bestand nicht mehr wegdenken. Danke auch an Thomann für die tolle Beratung vor Ort
