Fender Standard Strat LRL WPG AMM

Ja ich habe sie mir trotz teils recht schlechten Kritiken im Internet gekauft, zum einen weil ich mal eine Gitarre mit einem aufgeleimten Griffbrett aus Lorbeer spielen wollte zum anderen weil mir das blau so gut gefällt.
Als ich sie dann endlich in den Händen hielt war ich erschrocken, das fühlte sich nicht wie eine Strat an, seltsam, das Tremolo stand wie auf Zehenspitzen vom Gitarrenkörper ab, seltsam, was hat sich Fender dabei gedacht?
Beim ersten spielen war ich auch nicht begeistert, das Griffbrett war sehr stumpf und die Finger hatten Mühe sich zu bewegen. Also erst einmal das Tremolo vernünftig in die Schwebe bringen, die Oktavreinheit und Seitenhöhe einstellen, das Griffbrett etwas ölen, und siehe da es spielte sich schon viel besser.
Der Hals fühlt sich recht anders an wie bei meinen anderen Strat's, er ist viel dünner, doch ich gewöhnte mich schnell daran und nach einer Weile des spielen machte sie mir plötzlich viel Spaß. Ein bisschen den Klang am Effektgerät angepasst und es klang nun auch sehr schön!
Zugegeben der Stegtonabnehmer ist eine Katastrophe, die Stimmmechaniken sind nicht gerade präzise, das Tremolo eignet sich nur für leichte Benutzung aber alles in allen ist sie eine Tolle Gitarre geworden, wenn man bereit ist für das Fender Logo 300 Euro zu bezahlen. Wenn nicht bekommt man von anderen Herstellern eine ebenso gute bis bessere Qualität für den halben Preis.
Ich werde mit Sicherheit die Tonabnehmer und Mechaniken austauschen und dann ist das eine tolle Gitarre.

I got this Fender Standard for 499€ and I like it very much, I can play it as is, no need to visit the luthier.
First of all, I really like the pick-ups, even if they are ceramic, they sound very nice(maybe not a classic sound but I prefer this one, a little bit grungy). The neck is very nice, not too slim, not too thick, nicely satin that allows your hang so slide easily up and down.
The frets are perfect, stability is very good and the string height is perfect and that for me is a big plus because it can be really difficult to adjust this.
If I would have to say what isn't ok it would only be that the fretboard would use a cleaning and oiling and that it needs changing the strings, but that would be it. And to be honest, we do that for almost every guitar we buy, used or new.
For this price I think it is worth it, it is a Fender and not a Squier.
I had a Squier Classic Vibe Strat and sold it: action was to high and difficult to lower it, the neck was too chuncky and the gloss finish didn't allow the hand to slide very well. The sound of the alnico pick-ups wasn't my thing neither but that's subjective.

I can recommend this guitar for this price, I wish all the Standard Fenders would cost 499 euros.
