Mi son sempre trovato bene con queste corde.
Uno dei pro è sicuramente la durata più lunga della media.
Non saprei se definire come pro o contro il fatto che abbiano un suono vagamente più scuro (il fatto di esser rivestite allunga appunto la loro durata ma cambia anche un pochino il suono), a me piace un sacco.
In anni e anni di utilizzo mai trovato una muta fallata, ditta seria

I first tried elixirs on bass about 10 years ago and havent been satisfied with any other strings since. Elixir strings sound brilliant and balanced and what I think that really makes them superior compared to other manufacturers strings is the durability. Where other strings keep their brilliance about 2-3 weeks, on elixirs the brilliance last for 2-3 months.

The product is perfect for me, offering a great tone with a long life for every set of strings. I've found that many bass players have sweaty hands and struggle with their strings, leaving them to change a set at about 2-3 months, for me (a not so sweaty dude) they last at least 8-12 months. Also played them once for about a year and a half with no problem.

I would recommend them to any bass player, if not to stick with them, just to try a set once to see if they fit you.
