They make a difference!

These are used with a budget electronic kit with rubber pads.
I would say they are essential in this application as they completely remove the high-frequency vibrations that are very noticeable when you change back to normal sticks. Whether the difference is so great with normal skins, I don't know, but anything that reduces the stress on the wrists must be a plus. Recommended.

Great for E-Drums

These definitely absorb some of the shock caused by the pads. If you have an electronic drum, I highly recommend this product because those rubber pads on your e-drum tend to have great bounce and this product will reduce the shock and fatigue caused by them.

Toller Effekt, schönes Spielgefühl, schlechte Verarbeitung

Nach dem Umstieg von einem akustischen zu einem elektronischen Set wurde ich auf die Anti-Vibe Sticks von Zildijan aufmerksam. Das Spielgefühl ist anfangs etwas ungewohnt aber die verminderte Vibration bescherte lange Übungssessions ohne anschließend schmerzende Gelenke. Das Reboundverhalten der Stöcke ist sehr angenehm und nicht so "übertrieben" wie mit herkömmlichen Sticks.

Leider, wie an anderer Stelle beschrieben, ist das Anti-Vibe Element zugleich größter Vor- und Nachteil.

So vermindern sie die übertragene Vibration zwar, allerdings nur solange sie an Ort und Stelle bleiben - nach einigen Wochen Einsatz lösten sich die Anti-Vibe Elemente immer wieder und ließen sich trotz Einsatz von Klebstoff nicht in der Bohrung fixieren. Schade.

Hier sollte der Hersteller dringend nachbessern, denn Preis und Name verpflichten auch zu hoher Qualität.
