Possibly one of the better deals for the price

Have been practicing on this trumpet everyday for the last 3 months and I have to admit - it was a good buy.

For the prize you get an amazing instrument which will last years. The weakest side of this trumpet is surely its tone: quiet deep and full, but to be honest I think some might find it appealing (it's just my personal expectation about the sound in overall). Don't get me wrong though, it plays clearly (comfort is waaaaaaay bigger than you could expect from an instrument in this price range) although some musicians might not be that fond of it.

Now the best part - it's sturdy. Quality of material is amazing, you can feel this instrument was built to last some beating, brass is neither too thick nor too thin. Played on it everyday for a couple of months and my experience with it is still the same as it was out of the box. Although let's still be a little self aware - that's a cheap chinese trumpet, so don't expect it to last decades, although with good care it seems plausible to accomplish.

Reliable and sturdy trumpet. One of the best deals for student's or intermediate players looking for a spare instrument.

Had an old trumpet I bought at a second hand shop and after some tile playing it was time to update and upgrade!! I went with the Thomann TR-4000L Bb- Trumpet.
First of all I am by no means a trumpet player. I can play a few scales and some tune but I'm having fun doing so. I've been playing music for 25 years and work in the music industry as a recording engineer so I have an understanding of tone, pitch and quality of sound.
The trumpet is very well built. Slides were nice and firm (not to loose not too sticky) and the valves felt really good. I would occasionally use some valve oil. The tone is nice and warm, yet it projects really nicely. I'm sure that if a professional player was to give this trumpet a go they would be quite impressed.
The case it came in is also really nice!!

Excellent instrument

Trompette de très bonne qualité qui n'a rien à envier à d'autres beaucoup plus chers. Le son est puissant et le timbre est excellent. Elle sonne aussi bien qu'une trompette de grande marque. Elle est juste ; le Ré et le Do# n'ont pratiquement pas besoin d'être rectifiés avec la coulisse d'accord. Elle est bien ouverte dans les aigus mais un peu moins dans les graves. Il faut simplement la travailler dans ce sens. Les pistons sont de très bonne qualité. Ils étaient fonctionnels dès le départ. Son look rappel un peu celui des Schilke et j'adore. La qualité de fabrication est très bonne. Je mets une étoile de moins car l'écrou du piston 3 est un peu dur (ce n'est pas bien grave, je pense qu'il va se roder) et la coulisse d'accord est un peu dure également. Là aussi je pense qu'il s'agit d'un simple rodage. Ce n'est pas bien méchant. Je l'ai faite essayé par mon professeur. Il a été surpris de la qualité de cette trompette et de son excellente jouabilité.
