Like 90% of entry level thomann brand this ring is VERY cheap and has GREAT quality. It fits perfectly, and stays there. The plastic was chosen carefully. Not too hard to ruin the bell, but hard and resistant enough to protect the bell when put upside down on the floor every single day for months
