Sticky coating

After a three years the outer coating becomes sticky, accumulates dirt and dissolves. Now it should be thrown away. I don't understand why they continue to use these materials on many products that then become unusable.

It surely does the job

I have been having some dificulties because my reeds tend to get very dry and then it is very difficult to play instantly with a good clear sound because the reed does not have the moisture that it should have and then you have to do all these crazy technics to warm your reed.
However I was looking online and I found the answer. This rico case its awesome because it lets you save your reeds but also contains a pack inside that keeps the reeds more humid and cool which awesome because it is much more easy to play with them now, it sounds amazing.

Very nice reed case

This reed case is exactly what I was looking for - it fits all reed sizes (Clarinet, Soprano, Alto and Tenor saxes) and protects them well. The moisturizer is a nice addition, although I've yet to find out how long each refill lasts. The case is solid enough and seemingly air-tight. No more mess with my reeds! Everything in one place and nicely protected!

My only complaint is the lid latch, which could be a little more practical, it's a bit hard to open the case if you're in a hurry or with just one hand. But other than that, I would certainly buy this one again!

Amazing product

Our clarinet players love this product - compact, with good quality and the moisture keeping consumable is not so expensive. Perfect especially if you are traveling and never know what time exactly you'll be there.
