THE PLUS:
The material is superb, feels like a hybrid of hard candy rubber and thick elastic plastic. They are also partially transparent, except at the core and the edges. If there is a light source underneath, it will light the whole topper up too, which is extremely useful on a dark stage! (Unless you order toppers of a darker colorisation, which will spread, but also dim the light a tiny bit.) Placement is firm, hold's proper, removal easy.
THE NEG:
My only complaint about the product is that the color hues pictured on the photos are slightly, but definitely brighter than the real deal. This purple one is not really that much "medium purple" as one would expect, more like a dark, blueish purple. INDIGO is probably the best fitting hue to them. This makes them look great and "purpleish" enough in a bright setting, but on a darker stage, it's much easier to miss them than I suspected. Please also note that the topper WILL NOT SHIFT the color of your pedal lights: red will remain red, it will only be filtered through the toppers' purpleish (or whatever color you've ordered) frame. ROSEY toppers (and I must assume that RED ONES especially) however spread AND elevate red lights on their whole surface, probably because of the close alignments of hues.
BOTTOM LINE
Still, I definitely recommend buying these! Just look up (or change) your pedal lights, if you want the rainbow to really shine through. ;) (+ And if you are picky enough with your intensity of purpleness, I strongly recommend getting ROSEY toppers (too).)

Habe mir die Footswich Topper geholt damit ich zu Hause, wenn ich übe, keine Schuhe anziehen muss. Außerdem haben die Topper den Vorteil das man den Footswitch auch bei Live-Auftritten sicher trifft.
Für den Preis machen die Topper eine guten Eindruck. Im Kemper Forum bin ich zum ersten Mal auf die kleinen Kappen aufmerksam geworden.
Ich persönlich bin sehr zufrieden und würde die wieder kaufen.
