Che dire, se siete abituati al tipico pad della Evans, all' inizio vi può destabilizzare un po' perché il rimbalzo è meno ed è moooolto silenzioso ma è anche il suo maggior pregio.

Il pad è perfetto per suonare la sera e la mattina quando non si vuole disturbare vicini e famigliari.
Diciamo che come ogni pad fatto da un pezzo di legno e un pezzo di gomma ha un prezzo eccessivo

Pleasant sounding and quiet with low rebound

A very good Reflexx alternative. As a person that has housemates, sound level is important for me and this practice pad is doing very well on that regard. I used "Sabian QT-14SD" as well (it is significantly louder than this one and has more rebound) and I would definitely prefer Meinl Marshmellow over it. I actually like the sound and looks of it as well.

I bought this, since I live in a household where even hitting a regular rubber practice pad would get me in trouble after like 3 minutes of using it. It works wonders, but you can do what I did before and achieve the same surface/sound by hitting a orthopedic pillow instead, which would be half the price of this pad, but to the credit of this pad, it has actual rebound unlike the pillow. So this is definitely a niche-scenario buy, but definitely works in my scenario.
