The product is generally well-made; the leg and shoulder support is very good and similar to that of a regular cello. The sound is very good and clean, and the strings are quite good for beginners. The main area for improvement is the information provided about the accessories, assembly, and especially the operation of the instrument. The manual is practically useless and contains several imprecise and incorrect details, such as stating that the product does include rosin for the bow, does include a battery, and does come with an adapter for a 3.5mm jack. Additionally, it should be noted that phone headphones or those with a built-in microphone do not work with the system. Furthermore, an LED and an on/off switch would be very useful on the device. However, in the end, I still recommend it.
