Such potential but manufacturing defects dominate!

I had high hopes for this guitar. The features/specs look great on paper. But specs aren’t eveything.

The alter switch is issue #1. It adds horrible high end and lots of noise. Totally useless, however the other sounds are ok so I give it a rating of 2, why include a bunch of useless noise on your guitar? The neck pickup with the alter switch off sound a bit muddy. Bridge humbucker is ok. However pickups can be changed out so I don’t consider this a major thing really.

The fusion III FR had a 24 fret neck, why do a 22 fret on the Fusion IV? The access to the upper frets is not great. This is not an improvement over the previous model.

The fretwork is actually very good. The rosewood fretboard looks killer the inlays look great. Finish is good.

The neck came with too much relief. I adjusted it slightly and boy was it ever stiff. Because it was basically at its maximum. Loud cracking noises when using the floyd (probably because the sudden relief of tension on the truss rod). One of the inserts for the bridge studs was drilled too large and they just put a shim in there, just horrible.

The guitar has major manufacturing issues and lack of quality control on some points. Totally unuseable due to all the cracking noises from the trem/truss rod.
