Francois Louis Ultimate ligature

I have purchased the above ligature for both my alto and soprano saxes. I am very pleased with this product which allows free blowing and superior resonance of the reed and mouthpiece. I have recommended these ligs to other sax players. Furthermore the guy I study with who is a teacher in a jazz college and a virtuoso musician uses them also.

Nach dem Auspacken war ich da doch schon etwas enttäuscht. Ist wirklich eine lütte Blattschraube. Dann passte sie auch nicht richtig auf mein Meyermundstück wie eigentlich in der Beschreibung angegeben.
Gut man kann es etwas passender biegen.
Die Klemmplatte unten ist ebenfalls recht klein, dadurch bedingt ist wohl, dass das Blatt nach dem Spiel auch im hinteren Bereich nass ist. Das sollte eigentlich nicht sein. Soviel zum besseren Schwingverhalten des Blattes.
Dabei ist eine Minikappe, da die original Meyerkappe, bedingt durch die Bauart nicht mehr passt.
Na ja... originell ist die Blattschraube und auch die Minikappe schon.

Aber über 60 Euro (ja ich kanns nicht lassen, wäre ja immerhin 120 DM) ist die Blattschraube, trotz Vergoldung nicht wert. Ganz klar keine Kaufempfehlung.
