Plettri fantastici

Utilizzo il plettro con la chitarra elettrica.
Il materiale offre un ottimo grip sulle dita ma anche una fantastica scorrevolezza sulla corda.
Durata incredibile.
La punta è perfetta per la plettrata alternata.
Se nel comfort mi sono trovato benissimo l'unica pecca forse è nel suono: piuttosto brillante, risalta molto lo sfrigolio del plettro sulla corda.

More harmonics than thicker picks

I just got a floyd-rose metal guitar with heavy bass pickups, like Duncan Distortion's, but more affordable. I usually play 1.14mm Ultex sharp picks but they accent the bass and reduce the highs with that axe.

So I took a bunch of 1mm and 0.9mm picks to pull out more harmonics, and the tone is balanced. Grip and durability are the usual you get from Ultex, great.

playing this picks for the last 10 years or so and they are realy great. very precise and total control over string due to the sharp point.alternate picking has never been so easy.

Die Besten, als 72er Paket...

Ich bewerte hier das 72er Paket der Dunlop Ultex Sharp 0.9.

Man bekommt die in einer kleinen Tüte zugeschickt, völlig ausreichend und natürlich im Preis unschlagbar.

Zu den Plektren selbst: Nach langer Suche habe ich nun mit diesen meine Lieblinge gefunden. Sharp bedeutet, dass die Spitze etwas spitzer als gewöhnlich ist. Mit der 0.9 Dicke bekommt man einen Pick, der sich dick anhört, aber gar nicht so erscheint, sondern eher stabil und fest daherkommt.

Die 0.9er Ultex sind stabiler als die grünen 0.88er Tortex, speziell an der Kante. Sie sind auch nicht so schwerfällig wie die violetten 0.96 Gator und haben natürlich denen gegenüber einen viel klareren Sound.

Vom Sound erinnern sie mich an die Standard Zelluloid Plektren, klar und präzise.

Ich weiß jetzt im Vergleich nicht, ob sie sich schneller abschrubbeln als andere vergleichbare Plektren. Ich merke es zuerst an der Kante, die ungleichmäßig wird, weniger an der Spitze.
