However they are pretty strurdy, they have the same bright for a long time easy to bend, but sound kind of terrible when palm-muted. These 'round core' strings sound & feel great.
The tone is bright & warm with great sustain & volume!
The feel is superb, string bends are easy, the string tension feels slightly less than other strings of a similar guage, which means it's easy on your finger tips!
They also last a bit longer than normal strings do.
Highly Recommended :-)

Love DR sunbeams I do. The 13s in D or Eb, the 12s in Eb or standard and these in standard or 432. Nice chewy feel cos of the round core, they’re very warm too, and I agree with other that they are easy to play than dadds or elixirs.. my specs: I use my DR strings on a Taylor 414 in standard or Eb and on an 814 in Eb. I used!aster8 jazz xl shape and shred jazz and play finger style too..
So they work in the styles I like. Recommended!

Preis: für den Klang zu hoch, wobei ich bei Saiten NICHT auf den Preis schau außer der Satz kostet 20Euro. Ich versteh auch nicht die Leute mit Oberklassegitarren die bei den Saiten wegen 2 Euro Differenz die günstigeren vorziehen.

Da hätten sie bei der Gitarre mehr sparen können.
