Ottimo pickup

Montati su una semiacustica HB, suono vintage e con grossa definizione e separazione tra le note. Bassi rotondi, medi pronunciati e acuti definiti. Sulla mia chitarra hanno fatto la differenza, da quando li ho montati sembra un altro strumento.

Great PAF Humbucker

I decided to give DiMarzio a second chance after trying and returning noiseless single coils and I am glad I did!
I bought this as an upgrade bridge pup for my old super strat.
The pickup is probably the best humbucker I tried so far.
It is relatively low output, clear and defined, yet it has a ballsy and punchy sound.
What gets me the most is how balanced this pickup is - every frequency is there, even with the guitar volume rolled down, it stays ballanced and defined.
If you are looking for a classic humbucker sound - clean, blues, classic rock, you can't go wrong with this one. I suppose it's not a metal pickup, but I am no metal player.
Only one thing - read the whole manual before installing - I wired mine out of phase with DiMarzio true singles although I followed the main wiring diagram for the pup.

Great PAF bridge

Using in bridge in a HSS with Fat 50s RWRP in middle and Custom 69 in neck.

Can go from mellow and jazzy to singing leads and ice-picky highs on a good quality 500k controller. Sounds great when split.

Solid build quality. Beautiful chrome cover with high quality wires.

Schöner PAF für einen guten Preis!

Ich spiele diesen PAF, welcher ja Larry DiMarzios PAF aus seiner 59er Paula nachempfunden ist in einer Fender Strat Made in Mexico in Kombination mit einem Floyd Rose Made in Germany. Dafür dass dieser Pickup als Vintage Output angegeben ist, hat er mächtig viel Dampf und ist recht laut.

Mit dem Paf 36th Anniversary kann man sehr viel Musikrichtugen abdecken, er hat eine schöne extra Portion Mitten und klingt aber weiterhin sehr ausgewogen und transparent ohne zu harsch zu werden. auch die höhen sind nicht zu lasch und auch nicht zu schrill.

Mit ihm kann man von Classic Rock bis Hard Rock ala. Böhse Onkelz etc. alles abdecken.

Fazit: Ganz toller Humbucker für viele Musikrichtungen geeignet mit ordentlich Dampf und für diesen Preis, gibt es nichts besseres, finde die DiMarzios eh um längen besser als die überbewerteten Seymour Duncan's. Also kaufen und glücklich sein.
