Very disappointed

In a time where you have both old and new technology many of us still appreciate having the option of using both.
With this particular product not only have you sent me unusable cables but shocked to notice that it had no support for phono (turntable) connectivity. Pure ignorance of the aesthetics of using both types of technology.
The mixer also had a fault with the cue button switch.
Fortunately, you have people like Kristina V who not only provided exceptional support but empathised compassionately even though having limited personal knowledge about the product field. I believe she should be commended and considered as a great asset to your company for restoring my confidence to continue doing business with your brand.
Otherwise, the design look, size and talk-over function and channels quantity, was something that brought this product to my attention.

3-Kanal DJ-Mixer

Ich benutze diesen Mixer bei gelegentlichen Gigs und bin von 2-Kanal auf 3-Kanal umgestiegenweil hin und wiedereben doch ein Kanal zu wenig vorhanden war. Mit dem Sound bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die EQ-Potis benutze ich eher selten,greifen aber recht anständig. Die Pegelanzeigen pro Kanal sind zwar "minimalistisch" aber ausreichend. Sehr gut finde ich die drei Ausgänge von denen zwei separat regelbar sind. Weniger gut finde ich die Voice Over-Funktion. Ich dachte ursprünglich, diese wäre elektronisch geregelt. Aber es ist lediglich eine Pegelabsenkung per schnödem Kippschalter.....
Insgesamt bi ich jedoch was Verarbeitung, Sound und Preis anbetrifft sehr zufrieden mit dem Teil.

Excellente malgré quelques points...

Excellente table, pour ma part elle me sert à gérer 2 entrées différentes pour les faire sortir sur mes enceintes (2x KRK RP6 Rokit G3)
3 petits reproches:
- 2-3 potentiomètres qui "accrochent" un peu, mais un coup de nettoyant pour contact et c'est réglé
- L'emballage: table bien emballé, ne bouge pas MAIS le bloc d'alim, lui, est juste posé et se balade tranquillement. Un bout de caoutchouc/mousse ne serait pas refus
- La fonction Bluetooth: très très déçu, testé avec un Galaxy S8+, j'ai beau avoir le son du téléphone à fond, le fader au max ainsi que tout les potentiomètres au taquet (gain, high, medium, low), on entend à peine le son avec une qualité très médiocre
Malgré les quelques points négatifs cités au-dessus, je suis très satisfait de cette table au design sobre, ainsi que sa simplicité d'utilisation.
Je l'ai choisi car elle possède une sortie Booth en plus du Master, ce qui me permettrais de brancher encore 2 KRK RP6 afin de faire une installation 4.0 :)
