Mai sentito nulla di meglio fino ad oggi

Ho avuto la possibilità di acquistare queste cuffie e devo dire che non riesco più a sentire qualche cosa di meglio. Quasi ti senti a disagio per la perfezione e la definizione dei suoni che queste cuffie riescono a dare.
Ampio spettro dinamico anche a bassi volumi d'ascolto e linearità su tutte le frequenze udibili.
Un bel regalo per le proprie orecchie e lo studio di mastering.

Great for tracking, mixing and listen and work with to high resolution audio.

Great for revealing problems in bad recordnings,
One of the best headphones if not the best headphones for high-resolution audio work. Gives vocalist more confidence when recording.
Its expensive but it is a important tool in the process for tracking&recording as well as mixing and well worth it.

game changing closed headphones

Despite the fact that those are closed headphones, I found myself many times in the situation where I have to take them off to check if main monitors are not on as well. That's how well they simulate space! Fantastic sound and craft, you can keep them on for hours.

Revisiting from almost 3 year perspective I have to add this one missing star in comfort rating. So in summary they are perfect!

The honesty is terrific! Heads up if you wear glasses (!!!)

This is the most honest headphones I've ever tried. You can hear any nuances in the mix. BUT if you wear glasses, this headphones won't work for you, because the quality only hearable if your ears COMPLETELY covered (!!!) If not, it sounds like a $10 headphones, I'm not kidding! I had to send it back and choose something else regardless how I adored it. (Anyway, I've choosen a Focal Clear MG Professional, which provides at least as much quality than the AKG K-872, but it doesn't mind if I wear glasses or not, it sounds pretty much the same.)
