Good splash

The cymbal produces a quiet trashy sound with a very fast decay. I'd rate it a 5./5 in terms of using it as a splash. As the sound is "trashy", it makes a good cheap alternative for a small china symbol. The only problem with this is that as I said it is very quiet and has a very fast decay due to it's size, so if you were to use this as something to crash on then I'd advise get a larger model or my recommendation would be to purchase a Sabian 18" HHX / AAX O-Zone Crash which could be used as a china, crash and splash and is a better symbol all-round, but it does come at a high cost of around £300 however it would last you a long time in comparison to this cymbal. However for a splash this is perfect. This cymbal is durable if you use it as a splash but for crashing it would break in no time.

Erinomainen lisä äänipalettiin. Soundi istuu omaan settiini erinomaisesti. Setissä peltejä A-Custom, K ja K-Custom sarjoista.
Ääni on lyhyt, sellainen splash ja trash yhdistelmä. Omanlaisensa, voisi sanoa.
Toimii erinomaisesti aksenttina ja jopa komppipeltinä lyhyissa siirtymissä biisin osien välillä. Oman K-Custom 8" dark splashin kanssa toimii hienosti yhteen.

Lange nach dem Sound gesucht

Hammer Sound !! Hab lange auf diese Version gehofft und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Toller Sound !! Hoffe es kommen noch mehr dieser Sorte.

Hat im Vergleich überzeugt!

Habe für den Einsatz in einer Ska-Rock-Reggea Band dieses Splash mit folgenden anderen Becken verglichen:

Zildjian 06" A-Series Splash
Meinl 10" Classics Splash
Sabian 7" AAX Max Splash (Extra Thin)
Zildjian 10" ZBT Splash

Dabei hat das Zildjian 10" A-Custom EFX Splash mich in Sachen kurzem Sustain, hellem, brillanten, splashigen Sound und schneller Ansprache überzeugt (lässt sich auch mit der Hand als Ergänzung zur Cajon oder als Percussion Instrument gut spielen). Es ist wegen der Größe auch schön laut und geht auch bei kräftigeren Rock-Songs nicht unter.

Mit den Löchern mach es auch optisch noch was her *grins*
