One or two of the seven may "jump" fast when tuning down, but that is not a problem, because of the extent of "jumping" being small and since the tuning up/tightening is flawless.

Two facts make the product easier to use than conventional pegs:
a) The obvious, the micro-tuning provided.
b) The fact that the part that intrudes to the hole is not moving. Therefore, even if there is an anomaly on the hole (that was not smoothened during the reaming), that won't cause stability of the beg to suffer and tuning to fail. (Contrary to the conventional pegs loosing the tuning due to the twist, when the surface of them and the holes' are not sufficiently fitting/supporting each other.)

Note: It is probable that a user/player fitting the pegs will need a reamer of 1:30 tapper.

Very nice tuning pegs which take the strain off the instrument body when tuning.
Excellent service as usual from Thomann and items arrived promptly.

The best pegs I have ever seen

I needed new pegs for my instrument (similar to a rebec). I could not stand normal pegs - they slipped, and the tuning process was a nightmare.

But this is amazing. The pegs rotate slowly, making it super easy to tune.

You can tune really quickly, and it is very convenient at gigs/concerts.

I reccomend this 100% for anyone who needs pegs for a folk string instrument.
