A powerful mixer!

Having dowloaded and installed my CLA MixDown from Thomann I have been delighted at the impact and usefulness of this amazing plug in.

I felt I needed some extra magic when I record 'rockier' tracks featuring modern drum sounds and overdriven guitars.
I have always admired Chris Lord Alge's level of overdrive, and the extra 'oomph' on his work with Greenday and Muse, and saw a few great reviews of his CLA MixDown software.
Finding it on the Thomann site at a bargain price enabled me to order it from my favourite online store.

When I initially downloaded the software I ran into trouble with it's compatibility with my old Mac, but was helped immensely by the online tech support who quickly enabled me to fix the problem with my system.

I have been using the CLA MixDown on my rock mixes, and am delighted at the way it makes my tracks 'pop' and 'sparkle', and have now the necessary 'oomph' I have been looking for.

Many thanks for being brilliant Thomann.

Nur mal vorneweg: Da ich immer noch größtenteils analog arbeite und den Rechner nur zum Mastern und editieren verwende stehe ich ntürlich auf einfach bedienbare und übersichtliche Plugins. Das CLA Mixdown versucht hier analoge Wärme zu simulieren, was meiner Meinung nach aber nicht ganz gelungen ist. Die Effekte sind leider nicht subtil genug, sondern wohl eher als trashige Bereicherung zu sehen. Für Zeitgenossen, die aus der digitalen Welt kommen, vielleicht durchaus spektakulär. Für mich eher etwas zu primitiv und übertrieben. Bei dem Preis aber auch egal. Es kommt der Tag, wo man sowas Spezielles vielleicht mal als Gehwimwaffe gebrauchen kann.

No me gusta tener 1000 plugins por ahí y usar 30 diferentes por proyecto. En total he probado casi todos y al final me quede con cerca de 6 u 8 plugins y este es uno de ellos que se que Si funcionan.
Es super simple de manejar. Lo pones en el canal del master y te suma un buen color final.
En fin, yo lo recomiendo. Te ahorras poner como 4 plugins y usar mas de tu pobre memoria Ram de la Mac.
