A solid and affordable first trombone for the orchestra

After borrowing a Thomann trombone for the first few months of my trombone life, I had bought this trombone from the recommendation of my instructor. After two years of playing this trombone, including one year in a wind orchestra, I would say that I am very satisfied with the build and sound of it as an inexpensive first trombone. This trombone has already been to the shop for repairs and the workers there have been impressed by the quality being better than expected. However, they did do some work to improve the slide and valve action and that did make the trombone much more playable. I expect that I will get a few more years out of this trombone before I would be skilled enough to move to a higher quality instrument. But until then, I am very satisfied with this one.

Optisch gefällt mir die Posaune sehr gut, sie wirkt eher filigran, liegt mir auch gut in der Hand (in bin 180 große, habe aber eher breite Hände bzw. eine große Handspanne), der Ventilhebel ist angenehm gelegen und leichtgängig, auch der Zug. Der Klang war für sich genommen erst einmal ansprechend, im Vergleich zu anderen getesteten Instrumenten in der Preisklasse bis 1.500 Euro absolut vergleichbar.
Ich habe sie letzten Endes nur nicht gekauft, weil ich eine deutlich hochwertigere gebrauchte B&S-Posaune günstig kaufen konnte, die klanglich im Vergleich dann doch außer Konkurrenz war.
