Man merkt an anleitung und Beschriftung, dass der Hintergrund dieses Geräts im medizinischen Bereich liegt. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt liegt darin, dass aus der Beschreibung des Artikels (...floworientiert...) nicht klar hervorging, dass es ein reines Ein-Atem-Funktionsgerät darstellt. Das Ausatmen kann mit diesem Gerät nicht bestimmungsgemäß trainiert werden.

Der Trick meines Sohnes, das Teil einfach umzudrehen und hineinzublasen, funktioniert zwar, aber der Tri-Ball verschmutzt durch diesen (Miss-)Gebrauch schnell.

Man muß also darauf achten, nicht den 2. oder sogar den 3. Ball zu heben. Dann kommt eine etwas tiefere Einatmung, bei der die ersten beiden Bälle gehoben werden. Und dann die tiefe Einatmung, mit allen drei Bällen.

Das Ziel ist also nicht, möglichst tiefe Einatmung zu trainieren, sondern genau unterschiedene Arten Einzuatmen. Manche Atemprobleme kommen nämlich davon, daß man nur tiefe Atmung forciert. Auch zu empfehlen für Leute, die vormittags leichte Astmaprobleme haben und morgens die Atemfunktionen etwas stimulieren möchten.
