Well built, sturdy, compact, great sound quality. Inspiring to play and very easy to achieve different atmospheric delays with long feedbacks, almost blending in a bit of reverb in there as well. The analog emulated signal degradation is very well done. Pretty versatile overall.

If any downsides, the hold-to-tap function could've been repurposed for an infinite feedback or the like as it's not the most user friendly as it is in my opinion.

Strymon products are extraordinary and this bucket brigade delay is astonishing with the classic (3205, 3005) and modern (multi) voice variations. Pedal sounds and works great if using only one sound. But i purchased strymon miniswitch for using brig fow two sounds with favourite switch ( short delay for slapback and long delay for solos) and miniswich forgets preset time randomly… in my case slapback randomly becomes long delay.. i contacted strymon long ago ant they said that this is a pedal bug and update is needed. However no update yet. And can not return becouse time expired and there is no hardware problem…

I have had a lot of delay pedals over the years. I had the original boss pedals, EHX Deluxe Memory Man etc etc.. This little pedal can match all of them. It says Brig as its name coming from Bucket Brigade tech but it can match any kind of delay I think. With the MIDI versatility and presets options, it can be a part of a small or a large pedalboard. This is one of the best pedals from Strymon.
