Introduction: a good product, but excellent service from Thomann!

Rationale:

I've used these mixers before, and know they are good. So no need for a product review - this is a good reliable product. I'm replacing one that is around 12 years old and has been in continuous use over that time. Nothing spectacular about the mixer, but it is a good, solid unit.

In this case, I'm reviewing to mention that when I needed this, I could not source the amp from a UK supplier, but Thomann had this in stock and sent out without any fuss or delay. So that was very impressive, and good to know that they are on the case. Seems strange that it is easier to order from Germany to the UK, maybe Brexit related, I don't know, but they could supply internationally, when UK suppliers could not even give an accurate lead time - go figure!

Conclusion: Thomann supplied and shipped without delay, they will get my business again!
