Setup ua not good

I recently purchased this Saz Bağlama from Thomann, but unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the setup right out of the box.
The main issue is with the upper nut (nut action). The nut slots are cut far too low/deep, causing the string height at the first few frets to be extremely low. As a result, the notes on the first frets get completely muted and suffer from severe fret buzz. They do not ring out at all, making the instrument practically unplayable without repair.
While the overall build of the instrument looks decent, proper quality control should have caught this issue before shipping. I will need to replace or adjust the nut myself, which shouldn't be expected on a new purchase.

Da ich die orientalische Musik liebe und die indische Tanpura als Meditationsinstrument kenne, wollte ich ein bißchen experimentieren und ausprobieren ob mir das Saitenspiel gefällt. Die Stimmung Cgc ist wie bei den japanischen Shamisen. Man kann ausgehend von der tiefen Saite..auf der mittleren wandern und träumerische Läufe auf der hohen versuchen, das macht Spaß. Ein schönes Instrument.

berraschend gut verarbeitet, tonstabil und sehr angenehm zu spielen. Sehr erstaunt, wieviel in so einem überschaubaren Preis steckt.
