Looks Great and you know you can rely on Remo for quality

I bought this head as part of a project to change all the heads on my White Natal Arcadia kit toRemo Colortone Red at the same time as I changed my cymbals to Paiste Colorsound Red. It looks great and I have mounted some lights inside the drum to take advatage of it's see through quality.

The only slightly negative aspect of the head is that I wanted to remove the Remo Logo before I applied vinyl graphics of my band logo. I found I couldnt do this as it appears the logo is not printed on top of the head but underneath the surface. I needed to have the port hole in the centre at the bottom, so had to turn the head accordigingly so as well as my Band logo the Remo log does appear, but at an angle on the left hand side. To be honest I dont think anyone notices this appart from me.

I also bought a 22" version for my other bass drum.

J'ai eu besoin de cette peau pour faire sonner la "petite" grosse-caisse de ma Sonor Designer dans un contexte plus électrique que ceux dans lesquels je l'utilise habituellement. En association avec une Pinstripe en peau de frappe, l'effet recherché est impeccable. Le sustain est court, mais pas totalement absent, et ma "petite" grosse-caisse sonne presque comme une grande! (... et l'ingénieur du son me remercie de le laisser entrer avec son micro!).
Quant à la finition colorée, elle apporte une belle touche à mon set.
Comme d'habitude chez Remo, c'est fiable, parfaitement fini, et en plus c'est beau!
