Nice, only real complaint is about handle location and quality

I'm most happy to have finally found a bag that fits my oddball sized tuba (41.5" height and 19" bell) well. Quality seems good, although I wish the material was a bit thicker throughout. The design is unusual, but it seems to work okay. The tuba inside rests on the side where my right hand holds it while playing, not the usual left side. My only real complaint is about the location and construction of the handle. With my tuba in it the bag it is heavier on the side that has the bottom half of the tuba, so it slopes that way while carrying. I'm also afraid the Velcro on the handle strap will fail fairly quickly, and I wish the handle strap itself were thicker and firmer.

Vorig jaar april kocht ik deze gigbag. Sinds half november merkte ik dat een van de draagriemen om mijn bastuba over de schouder te dragen begon te scheuren. Ik heb eind november de gigbag ter reparatie terug gestuurd. Dat ging nog prima.

Vervolgens hoorde ik 5 weken niets. Toen was ik verrast dat ik mijn gigbag zomaar terug kreeg. Ik keek meteen of het mooi gemaakt was.
Tot mijn verbazing bleek er niets gebeurd te zijn aan de defecte draagriem.

Nu wacht ik alweer ruim een week op een antwoord.

Kortom, ik ben niet tevreden. 1. Het defect raken van de draagriem, en 2. het zeer slecht communiceren van klantenservice.

Ganz ordentlich, aber nicht optimal

Dieses Gigbag ist für sehr große Tuben geeignet. Selbst meine York Preference (baugleich mit Besson Souvereign 994) hat noch Luft. Da man das Gigbag ganz aufklappen muss, wenn man die Tuba hineinlegt, braucht man beim Einpacken schon viel Platz.
Anders als bei anderen gleichartigen Gigbags sind die Tragegurte hier nicht auf der Seite angebracht, auf der der Schallbescher übersteht. Dadurch liegt die Tuba im Gigbag auf dem Schallbecher auf. Ich weiß nicht, ob das etwas ausmacht, aber rein intuitiv habe ich es lieber, wenn die Tuba auf der anderen Seite auf dem langen Rohrteil aufliegt.
Ein Mundstückfach war in meinem Exemplar allerdings vorhanden.
Hab mich letztendlich doch für ein anderes Gigbag entschieden.

Costaud mais usage en "sac à dos" pas très confortable

Le sac en lui-même est bien fait, apparemment solide et devrait résister longtemps. Le système pour ranger les sangles quand on ne s'en sert pas est pratique. Mais il me semble que les fixations supérieures des sangles pour le portage dans le dos sont trop hautes, et du coup le bas du sac tape dans les jambes et rend la marche difficile. Il me semble qu'en les cousant 15 ou 20 cm plus bas, ce serait plus confortable (je ne suis pas spécialement petit, 1m75).
