it's the right pedal to throw your SS amps away
Not a premium pedal, but it screams the right way. Put a Tubescreamer in front of it to give even more life to it. Put a delay pedal after it and you have enough stuff to make your solos stand out. I don't know if it can compete with a 5150 head, but it outclasses all of your transistor amps, that's for sure. You can go straight into the PA system and sounds awesome too. So, buy it and throw away al the rest ;-)
