Good Amp, bad Customer Service (at the moment)
I used the origin Head for 8 months without any problems, then a failure occurs. The Amp switch on but any sound is produced. I sent back the Head and on March 24th 2022 Thomann received the Amp. After 1 week I'm still waiting to receive any info about what happened and when they will provide to fix it and resend me. Important to say, they are losing days and days just for not being quick to ask me for the right info and every day I had to call them for updates and be sure that all the info provided was clear. Really Bad Customer Service! I hope to modify this review into a good one soon (I'm a returning customer, I made a lot of orders).
