Got this one for trying something new after years of Ernie Ball and other major brands. They feel really good and sound quite right! Hab die Saiten mal aufgezogen (Sandberg Panther TT, 5-Saiter) und bin begeistert. Knurrigererer Sound als bei den Slinky regular (allerdings mit der .45 .130 Abstufung). In meinen Augen agilere B-Saite und besserer Sound in den e-a-d-Saiten. Mit einer Röhrenvorstufe - ohne Zerre - empfand ich den Sound obertonreich, für meinen Geschmack ein Ticken zu blechern.
Die Saiten sind nicht ganz so fein gewickelt - nicht scharfkantig, aber spürbar "drahtiger" Daher der "Punktabzug". Daher wohl der klasse Sound. Ich bin gespannt, ob sich der Sound mit der Zeit noch verändert.
