LP 330A Bongo Stand Upper Body

A pair of bongos were bought as a present for me. I deliberated over whether it would be a good idea to add these to my rack kit.
I contacted the guys at Thomann to see if there was any stand/pipe available to allow me to take this step and they recommended this item.
So I eventually put the order in and it arrived in December.
It is a very solid chrome pipe blending in very well with my chrome drum rack.
I connected the bongos to the 'stand' using the elasticated strap and adjusted the angle using the lock at the top. Even though the description states this item is for use with a conga stand, I attached it to my drum rack using the ever functional Dixon rack clamps.
I have been using the stand now for over 4 weeks now at home - and the stand has more than withstood any gravitational pressures applied to it.
It's a nice simple piece of kit and I now realise I should have gone with my initial gut feel and Thomann recommendation all those months ago. I look forward to the stand giving me many hours of fun in my hobby.

He probado varios sistemas para agarrar los bongó al atril y este de abrazadera por palanca es el más cómodo, rápido y amable con el instrumento. Otros arañan al instrumento o dejan rastro de goma en la madera. Este sin embargo en apenas unos segundos ajustas el instrumento perfectamente. Puedes apretar la cinta que lo abraza ajustando un tornillo que trae. Es conveniente no apretar demasiado ya que podría dañarse la rosca del tornillo o el mecanismo. Puede usarse, como fue mi caso, en atriles Matador recortando el largo del tubo. Igual diámetro. Exelente agarre.
