MIDI controller keyboards can be pretty hard to love, but I'm really liking this Korg nanoKey Fold. First, and most importantly, it's orange and looks like anime tech. It's not going to be suitable for real pianists (careful how you say that word) but since I actually like the keys on a OP-1, it's fine as a note input device for me.

Biggest revelation about this thing is the arpeggiator: it's really good, inspiring and playable. I'd actually been looking for a compact and usable standalone arpeg for a while, and I was somewhat surprised to find that this ticks so many of my boxes.

Did I mention that it's orange.

Klein und leicht - mit vielen überraschenden Funktionen (Chord, Arpeggiator, Tastatur Split etc.) ist dieses Mini Keyboard eine ideale Ergänzung für meine AIRA Compact Module oder meine Ableton Move - in der Bahn oder im Hotel. USB-C und Midi Anschluss machen das Teil vielfältig nutzbar.

J'étais un peu hésitant depuis plusieurs semaines a franchir le pas car j'avais peur que ce clavier fasse un peu gadget et bien pas du tout!
La taille est vraiment pratique si l'on désire l'emmener avec soi ou si l'on a pas beaucoup de place dans son studio cela est vraiment pratique.
Il se plie et c'est génial pour le glisser dans un sac.
Sera t il assez costaud?
L'avenir nous le dira.
Le toucher est vraiment top, j'avais peur que cela ne soit pas pratique mais c'est vraiment original et agréable a l'usage.
Les options sont aussi top,arpegiateur split,scenes etc...
Midi + USB C ,parfait pour osciller entre Mac et Synthé hardware.
Les 2 seuls reproches que je peux lui faire c'est le réglage de vélocité qui est fixe, cela aurait été vraiment bien d'avoir la vrai vélocité comme sur un clavier classique et le prix qui pour moi serait mieux placé vers les 99 euros.

Sinon j'en suis vraiment content.
