Good, but...

Unfortunately, the feeling of playing did not improve for me. The sound is harder to come out and less susceptible to modeling. Fits perfectly to PHC, Paxman, Schmid, Alexander. Not for Osmun, Stork.

JK mouthpiece weight

Fit is good, no worries on it getting loose accidentally while playing. Does what it promises, the sound gets a bit more focused and accuracy get also a tad better. My JK2DM works nicer in a brass quintet with it on. Give it a try.

Lo compré por probar algo nuevo en mis boquillas, cuando llegó vi que era, como esperaba, una pieza de metal con los acabados y el peso típico de estos productos, hasta ahí todo bien. Pero cuando empecé a probar todo fueron pegas, la pieza no se amolda prácticamente a ninguna boquilla, normalmente se queda suelta y vibra en notas graves (boquilla Denis Wick Paxman 4 y 9, Paxman 4, Schilke 31, JK Exclusive 1DK A1) en otras boquillas la pieza impide que esta entre bien en el tudel (Wedge 70D).
En la única boquilla que va bien es en una vieja Schilke 29 que tengo y una Holton Tuckwell (aunque le falta un poco para ajustarse)... pero son boquillas que no utilizo y no me atrevo a valorar bien mis sensaciones con el JK Adjusting, así que mi gozo en un pozo. Devolveré el producto.

Hörner werden ja oft als "Glücksspirale" bezeichnet weil gerade in der oberen Lage die Töne sehr dicht aneiander rücken und die Treffsicherheit nachlässt. Mancher Ton "kiekst".
Dieser Ring schafft hier Abhilfe. Die Ansprache lässt zwar etwas nach, man braucht etwas mehr Kraft, dafür trifft man die Töne deutlich sicherer und zentrierter.
Der Klang wird dabei etwas dunkler, wärmer und noch horniger.
Ich nutze ihn an meinen Hörnern Thomann 301G und Hoyer 801G jeweils mit einem Klier 1DK-Mundstück.
Ich würde nie mehr ohne spielen.
