Amazing guitar that I played metal concerts with

I bought this guitar to be my main guitar in Drop D/Drop C# with my previous band. I wanted a good quality bass guitar with, most importantly, a good tone especially with distortion/overdrive.

This one has the best tone than any of my other basses by far. It has no fret buzz out of the box, and is perfectly set up. The only potential downside is that you need to replace the battery once in a while, but other than that, this guitar is a huge bang for your buck. I played multiple concerts and it is now my main bass guitar. The frets are also perfectly polished and there is no discomfort from them.

I highly recommend it if you like to play metal music, and I would actually prefer this one over the Ibanez SR500 due to the electronics used here.

Great sound

Great deep sound. This Ibanez is really nice for playing. I bought it for my 12yrs old daughter die her first year of music and it really feels and plays very good (I also play a lot on this bass guitar).

Very beautiful and good sounding bass

The bass looks very nice, I ordered it partly because of this. The active bass allows you to produce a very powerful and beautiful sound, there is an equalizer and a switch that allows you to make bass playing more versatile. I really enjoy playing in the "mid" mode with humbuckers. With them I don't hear any noise and the sound comes out very powerful.

The bass is worth the money. I love Ibanez and their guitars.
