The guitar stand broke

The guitar stand broke (metal part!) after four years of use, the guitar (acoustic and easy Martin 000-15M) fell and cracked. The damage is around 150€, even bigger if you add emotional component.
As for the Thomann, although the warranty period of 3 years has passed, they immediately refund me the original stand price amount in the form of a credit for the next purchase. Well, quite enough whe it comes to the seller.

However, there still has been no response from the Herules company after seven days. Shame.

Stable and good quality

Using them extensively for a few months now and they're very reliable. I have them screwed on a piece of wood against the wall (using the screws included in the package) and they're super stable. They're a bit pricey, but I'm happy so far.

Great hanger, needs bigger anchors/screws.

The hanger is amazing, only thing is I had to install 8mm anchors and bigger screws to support the weight of my guitar (Fender Tele). No big deal for me, but something to think about, especially if your guitar is on the heavier side.
