HB hit or miss, this one's a miss
Yeah, don't buy it.
I'm not an Harley Benton hater (or lover), the brand in my experience its a hit or miss most of the times. I loved their 2x12 v30s loaded cabinet, I hated their entry level guitars.
This neck wrap feels and look cheap, the foam is not well refined and will start to fall apart after a couple of day use. I dont' feel like recommending this particular HB product.
