Harley Benton JB-20 BM Standard Series

I bought this bass as my first beginner bass. Opted for a jazz due to greater versatility.
PROS - why to buy:
- The bass is well made in therms of quality and finitures, the color is beautiful.
- Price its unbeatable in this range, compared to similar level basses.
- Once done the setup the sound its quite good, maybe not the best (in my case it also depends on a not-so-good amp (HB 20B... which instead I wouldn't recommend), but for the price it's still a deal
- tuning: strings stay tuned for a really long time
CONS - why maybe not buy:
- setup was completely off: action was so high I could almost fit my finger under the strings. Of course you can't expect much for this price
- the bass lacks a bit in sustain
- pure tone of the bass, that when fully open I still find too "metallic"
Overall the bass it's really good to start practicing, I would recommend it for the quality/price ratio, thinking to upgrade after some time
