Well I ordered this amp with my HB TE52 but instead I got a Clifton "something" which I haven't ever used. When I asked for a replace the call center guy tolled me that I first have to place an order for a new amp, pay it in advance and that they'll apply some kind of discount like 10Euros.
And when they get back this Clifton thing they'll refund me.
Well I find this kind of practices a little bit cheap, I mean I don't care about the amp as I'm having 5 better ones. But I would prefer some kind of better after sale service.
Anyways no bad feelings, That was the only time I got a problem with Thomann and I'll continue using it.
