These Gotoh tuners are a good investment if the original tuners you want to replace have started coming apart. That is what happened to the rather old tuners on my Maison SG guitar. The value for money element is good. I waited about a year before reviewing this product, I can now write that it feels like a quite durable product. The tuners hold tuning stability pretty nicely after about 5 minutes of playing around with new strings installed. The only annoying thing about these tuners is that the pole piece is rather short, it does not have much space for winding around it, and that means slightly more patience to wind up the string. On the whole I find the tuners have good stability.

Meccaniche solide che mantengono in maniera mediamente accurata l'accordatura dello strumento (pur non essendo autobloccanti). Da considerare un buon miglioramento per strumenti di fascia entry level. Anche dopo ripetuti bending riescono a mantenere abbastanza invariato il tono delle corde

I bought these Gotoh tuners to replace the stock ones on a Gretsch G5230T. Easy drop in replacement - look great, retaining the look and feel of the guitar with a smoother and more positive action. Overall I'm very pleased with them - a positive and worthwhile upgrade for not a lot of money.
