Excellent machine-heads. Look classy and function perfectly - gears have been flawless on all six. These are a quality above cheaper stuff available on Amazon / Ali Bazaar, etc...and they feel it!

These are the 'Modern' (- they fit 10mm headstock holes) and have the DIAGONAL screw-bracket. Get the identical SG301-04 MG-T Locking 3L/3R G tuners for the "6 O'Clock" screw placement.

Very reliable, gorgeous looking tulip-style tuners and a significant upgrade to raise the quality of many low-to-mid tier instrument...maybe some high-end ones too.

I was replacing the original machine heads on my Freshman guitar, and liked the idea of a locking set. I needed to drill a small hole in the guitar head to take the screws and after that they fitted without difficulty. The guitar stays in tune and the gold finish looks very smart.

Solid, hold tune well, and were a direct drop in replacement for my Korean Epiphone Les Paul Custom 2001 model. They have shorter posts though, but it actually improves the break angle for the strings at the headstock.
