Wunderschöne und leicht bespielbare Gitarre

Ich habe mir gezielt die 339 ausgesucht. Eine 335 ist mir zu klobig. Die Gibson ES 339 ist einfach nur genial handlich, gut bespielbar, macht ordentlich Druck und sieht dabei auch noch wunderschön aus. Rückkopplungen gibt es keine. Ich spiele sie mit dem Boss Katana 50 MKII EX und diese Kombi ist absolut ausreichend. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.
Übrigens, das Paket hat Thomann super schnell verschickt, wie gewohnt. Sicher verpackt alles 1A

Gibson ist in der Top-Liga angekommen

Ich hatte in den letzten 40 Jahren immer wieder mal eine Gibson (Akustisch und Elektrisch); leider nie ganz ohne Makel wie unsaubere Lackierung etc.
Diese neue ES 339 ist jedoch der Hammer - absolut perfekte Verarbeitung, makellose Verarbeitung, toller Sound. Punkt.
Gut: es rasselte was im Korpus (Sicherheits-Unterlegscheibe), das Hals-PU-Rähmchen ist wie bei allen ES 'verkehrt' herum montiert (Abhilfe in weniger als 5 Minuten), der Sattel ist noch nicht optimal gekerbt....hätte ich sie in einem guten Geschäft (zu einem spürbar höheren Preis) gekauft, hätte der Händler möglicherweise (?) diese Arbeiten übernommen.
Toll war hingegen bei Thomann, dass man für mich VOR dem Kauf extra Bilder der Gitarre gemacht und zugemailt hatte damit ich das 'Curly'-Bild beurteilen konnte.
Gerne wieder - Thomann und Gibson

A modern take on a classic

As a short guy this is a much better choice than a 335 for me. This is an ultra versatile sonically outstanding beautiful instrument. Even unplugged it sings beaufitully. The neck is on the beefy side. The humbuckers are working really great and you can dial in a ton of tones with the four pots. Grover machine heads keep the strings in tune very well though I don't understand why not have locking tuners on this... Comes with a kinda nuke-proof hardshell case.

War schon lange auf der Suche nach einer Gibson 339 mit kleinerem Korpus als die 335er. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Verarbeitung und mit dem Klang der Gitarre über meinen DR Tonemaster. Gutes Sustain und cool für jazzige, bluesige und rockige Sounds. Auch stimmfest.
