Excellent guitar case, outstanding customer service!

I needed a guitar case for my single-cut ESP-LTD EC-1000. This gator came by with flawless quality, perfectly working locking latches, high quality plush and protective foam lining, perfectly fits my guitar. The case feels very sturdy, the compartment can hold a lot inside (I easily stored my travel size audiobox GO and some tools and cables), the finish is nice, and the handle feels safe!

Will definitely carry this around during my travels!

My local post (Armenia) delayed the shipment, however the customer service at Thomann were at their best: Daniel from the tracking team was very responsive and reassuring, kindly answered to every email I sent about the experienced delay, meticulously guided me through the shipping process, and did an overall outstanding job!

Strongly recommend the case, and the customer care!

Very nice hard case!

Use:
- I use this case mainly to store my Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro.
Pros:
- Good quality, excellent price.
- Fits perfectly, left-handed compatible, with no major imperfections.
- Strong and very good finish.
- Lots of room inside including secret compartiment.
- Beautiful.
- Simple.
Cons:
- One of the locks came a little bit hard to open.
- Tiny flaw on the front finish (problably due to transport).

Overall really impressed by the positive with this case, 100% recommend. Good job Gator!

I was skeptical at first but it fits my ESP LTD EC-256 like a glove. The guitar is not moving at all and the headstock has enough space below it.
I use it for storage mainly, not sure how it handles in the future but very good so far!

Great case

Bought one for my new ESP LTD 407
Pros:
1. Looks good
2. Locking mechanism is on only one lock but works good
3. Plush inside is very good
4. Fits perfectly my guitar
5. The compartment for accessiories is rather small, but works
Cons:
1. The on the outside of the case resembles leather very good, but it is too weak. On the first day i put the case in my car and for like 20 min drive it had scratches and chipped at some places. Not that i care - as long as it doing its job (Protecting the guitar) it is perfect.
Overall:
Great case for not a lot of money
