Sono passato dalle g2 sabbiate alle g12, il set ha un suono molto più "chiaro" mettono in risalto bene le alte frequenze, ottime per qualsiasi genere.
Io le ho montate su una gretsch con cui suono prettamente rock e su una tama club jam che uso per situazioni più acustiche.

Bring on the warmth

Rave reviews of these drumheads convinced me to try them out and i'm happy that i did. They are really easy to stick on your drums with minimal tuning and produce a warm, focused sound with a lot of projection. Being only single ply, but with the strength of a twin ply, these really bring out the tone and character of your drums and can be used for a number of styles of music. However, i thought they were going to have a white coating as in the listing but when they turned up they had a glassy, frosted appearance but still delivered the goods in playabillity and sound.

This head is amazing at giving a little extra control to the tone and decay of the drum. Still feels exactly like a G1 but won't get as wild with overtones.

Runder, voller, warmer Sound

Ich spiele dieses Fell in Kombination mit einem G12 Coated von Evans auf einem Sonor AQ2 Maple Set. Für mich der pefekte runde Tomsound, den ich mir wünsche.

Die doppellagigen G2 Coated von Evans haben matschig geklungen, da zwei Schichten aufeinander klatschen. Und die G1 Coated waren mir zu dünn imm Sound und nicht so langlebig.
Diese Felle hier sind etwas dicker und schwerer und erreichen damit genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Eine etwas tiefere Stimmung ohne matschig zu klingen.
