Epiphone Slash AFD LP Performance Pack

When I first opened the box, the only thing I could think was 'wow'. It's a really nice guitar pack for starters! The guitar itself is beautiful, in sound and in appearance. The amplifier is better than expected, it has a nice, bright sound. I also really like the fact that you can plug in headphones! Because of that you can always play the guitar plugged in to the amplifier, without worrying about making to much noise for people around.

The only thing I would recommend is, when you're buying this package, also buy a set of thicker strings. The ones that are on the guitar aren't bad, but they are quite thin and that makes the sound of the guitar less bright and a little squeaky. Thicker ones give more volume and make the guitar sound better.

Besides that; really worth your money and definitely a package I would recommend. It totally lived up to my expectations.

Nice bundle/ best kit out there

As an overall bundle you need to look no further , the guitar needs no introduction, has hundreds of revues on the internet , the amp is simple enough to get you started , has a nice neomodern look but nothing special . Probably the best kit out there to get you started.

Worth the money

Received the guitar in good condition though it takes longer than usual but it's worth the wait. The packaging was excellent, and guitar was in excellent condition. However, when I first played the guitar, there was a buzz sound on 1st to 5th fret, but thanks to the support of thomann, i was able to fix the issue on my own. Overall, this product is great. Again, its worth the money.

Well I am semi-newcomer to guitar, having played around for years but never seriously. I decided to get down to it and bought this pack. I must say that among some other pretty good guitars I have, this Slash Epiphone is the easiest to play and enjoy. The quality is perfect. So easy to handle and use. The pack itself is great and the amp surprisingly cool although I have some Boss and Fender amps too. I would recommend ANYONE to get this kit, especially newcomers wanting to get a serious high quality ready-to-play package. Even really good guitar players I know were aghast at this thing, how good it is.
Well, can I be more positive???
And of course, Thomas has been perfect on the procurement and delivery side.
