Se siete alla ricerca di un fonometro di medio livello preciso e affidabile, il Digital Sound 8922 a parer mio è quello che fa per voi.

Utilissime le funzioni per memorizzare il valore massimo, e la retroilluminazione del display.

Lunga durata delle batterie e peso ridotto, fa bene e con precisione il lavoro per cui è stato pensato ad un prezzo davver ottimo.

The meter is really huge physically, especially with the case, I didn't expect the size so be careful if you are looking for something elegant to carry in your jacket pocket.
Otherwise, it seems reliable and precise, it's my first SPL and I love all the different functions it has such as calculating the noise level of specific sounds where the meter will subtract the general "room" noise and make the calculations automatically for you. This can be really helpful in certain situations.
I have mainly bought it to be able to calibrate speakers and have consistency and a solid reference when working in different studios.
Before I was using an application on my iPhone and obviously, this meter is a better option.

I bought this device to measure SPL on live shows. As a sound engineer it comes out very handy.

The display has very bulky numbers, easy to see and the readings are very consistent. Although I don't like the colour and the size of it (it's a bit too big if you want to carry it with your other measuring tools), it does what it needs to do, in good fashion,

I always carry this around and for the price I payed it seems to me that it was a very good deal.

Very goood quality. Really easy used for clubs and playgrounds. It deserves special mention the background noise suppression options. It can simplify the measurement process. Compared with other instruments it proved to be accurate in terms of factory calibration.
