Decksaver is a legend

Decksaver products are slighlty on the expensive side, but I don't leave any of my devices without one. This particular cover is well designed to protect all the control elements - knobs, encoders and pads. The plastic is sturdy and withstands nontrivial amount of pressure. It certainly doesn't break easily - in my experience not even on large synths. I'm using about 7-8 Decksavers now and none broke so far. I use them to protect my equipment from mechanical damage or wear of control elements during transport as well as against dust or spillage. The only downside I can think of is the fact that not all of my equipment has a corresponding Decksaver, but big thanks to Thomann for bringing to Europe all the Decksavers not available to purchase in stores in my country.

The BEST solution

I've bought this for a couple of synths now I want for all of them. Keeps the gear clean, and prevents any kind of bump with something else. Excellent construction, fits perfectly.

it is just as shown, fits the 404mk2 perfectly. Doesn't cover the sd card slot. If you want to carry it in a case however, make sure it is a snug fit or tie it to the device because it just sits on the device and has 0 latch on it.

You only buy Decksavers for the gear you love

As soon i got my SP-404 MK II i got a bag to carry it , but after putting it in i saw that the knobs maybe me damaged, so to protect it, i immediately came to search for some sort of protection.

It fits perfectly, guarantying knob and dust protection. No brainer.

I also use velcro stripes to attach it together.
