Blue Pearloid Stratocaster Pickguard

d'Andrea - a new name to me. All I know is that the Allparts (South Korea) Blue Pearloid Stratocaster Pickguard I have on my '70's reissue Mexican Strat doesn't align with the screw holes, so I had to enlarge 5 holes and if you look close it's not nice. The colour is a perfect complement to the natural ash finish of the guitar and the Aged White Vintage Noiseless Pickups and knobs. Lets just hope this one aligns better with the screws! It has a reassuring "Made in USA" sticker on it like on the Fender USA made guitars, so lets get the tools out...and... A perfect fit! This is as good as a genuine Fender spare part. I've waited patiently for 4 years for one of these that actually fits properly in the colour I want. - Well done Thomann for stocking this!

Already earlier I ordered a D’Andrea pickguard red pearl (for Jazz Bass). I was surprised about the beauty of the pearl effect! That for this low price!
Now this blue pearl pickguard (for Stratocaster) is even more magic!
On a fully black Stratocaster (Squire) with black headstock, I am proud to own such a beautiful instrument!

It looks absolutely sick on my American Ultra Stratocaster in Cobra Blue and maple fingerboard. The pickguard has beautiful chatoyance and is extremely vivid. It fit my Strat perfectly. The quality is top notch.
Couldn't be happier, and I am a perfectionsist and a nit picker.
I wish I could include some pics here, as it has to be seen to be believed.

Perfekt nur Änderung bei FR System notwendig

Sehr gut verarbeitetes Pickboard und mir gefällt es auch optisch sehr gut. Stabil und jedes Loch und Ausschnitte passen perfekt. Kratzfestigkeit kann ich noch nicht endgültig beurteilen, aber leichten Schmutz habe ich vorsichtig mit den Fingernagel erfolgreich ohne Spuren beseitigen können. Bei mir war allerdings Feilen notwendig da meine Gitarre ein Floyd Rose System hat. An dieser Stelle sind dann leider ganz andere Masse. Das wusste ich aber vorher, war nicht mein erster Wechsel. Das ist ja auch kein Fehler des Herstellers. Bei normalen Jammersystem passt es ja. Also alles gut.
