Everything I was expecting!

Received in good condition and set up well (The intention on the low E was a bit sharp which was like a two minute fix)

The guitar plays flawlessly. The rolled fretboard edges and finish on the neck makes it incredibly comfy to play.

Sounds amazing and has a lot of versatility. This is definitely not just a metal head guitar and I reckon it could handle a vast variety of genres.

All in all definitely worth the price and very happy with it

Ich hab mir die Sean Long Charvel
Gekauft, weil ich eine Art Erinnerung an meine Jugend haben wollte.
Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Gitarre , die eine direkte Ansprache hat und mit der ich auch eine heftigere Musikrichtung spielen kann.Der Hals fühlt sich sehr gut an, ist relativ flach und etwas breiter. Die Tonabnehmer drücken auch bei ordentlich Distortion ohne matschig zu klingen .Was mich jedoch ziemlich verblüfft hat, ist die Tatsache, daß man auch einen lupenreinen cleansound erzeugen kann. Sie hat nunmal Strat DNA.
Ich möchte aber auch erwähnen, daß ich kurz davor war sie direkt wieder zurück zu schicken .Die Werkseinstellung war für die Bestimmung dieser Gitarre völlig daneben. Ultradünne Saiten und dementsprechend war natürlich alles auf diese Saitenstärke ausgerichtet. Sprich, ich musste den Hals Einstellen und die Bridge. Natürlich stellt jeder die Gitarre nach seinen Bedürfnissen ein. Aber wie viele werden einen falschen Eindruck von der Charvel erhalten?
Fazit: Diese Gitarre ist der absolute Hammer. Ich will sie nicht mehr aus der Hand legen. Absolute klare Kaufempfehlung.
