Celestion G12 EVH 15 Ohm

I finally found a great sounding Greenback style speaker, it's a plain jane standard G12M and sounds absolutely sublime. The EVH by comparison is much darker, more scooped, more bassy and doesn't have the same upper mid presence. I haven't tried it in a mix, but it would need definitely need some post EQ to cut through. Had the same problem with the Mojotone BV-25M which was even more scooped, and same with a pair of G12Cs.

Unless you have no intention of ever recording it or using it in a live mix and just want a really nice and pleasant bedroom sound, I would rather go with the standard G12M.
